How billing works (no per-seat trap): you pay per clinic, by how many lines you run — not per provider. We don't credential or meter providers; anyone on the clinic's login operates the platform, and all staff seats (nurses, front desk, providers) are unlimited and free under the clinic. The signature on a GFE is still a named legal act by one licensed person — access isn't gated by credential, but accountability isn't anonymous. A solo mobile RN running IV = $199/mo; a clinic running all three lines = $499/mo, same unlimited team.
Scope note: AllyOS is advisory clinical decision-support; it informs how/what to run a practice and does not regulate scope or who may perform a GFE — that is the practice's Medical Director and the state board.
