AllyOS stays advisory; your MD owns and signs.

The licensed clinician who performs the Good Faith Exam, treats, and signs the chart — MD, DO, NP/FNP, or PA. Add more later in Team Seats: each authorizing provider is a billable seat (their signature is tied to one license), and RN/LPN executors are free.

Same person as the Medical Director above. The treating provider is authorized to perform Good Faith Exams and to sign orders / notes under the clinic's standing orders. Request setup →
